2 Days

Foundation Course

For: New operators with no prior UAV experience

  • Basic flight operations: takeoff, navigation, loiter, abort

  • Post-flight maintenance and storage procedures

3 Days

Tactical Employment Course

For: Operators who have completed the Foundation Course

  • Mission planning: target analysis, route selection, engagement windows
  • Target acquisition and terminal guidance procedures
  • Multi-unit coordination and sequential engagement
  • GPS-denied navigation and optical flow fallback
  • Post-mission analysis, BDA assessment and reporting

Outcome: Operators certified to plan and execute independent strike and reconnaissance missions.

2 Days

Maintenance & Sustainment Course

For: Technical staff responsible for system upkeep

  • Field-level maintenance: airframe inspection, motor replacement, battery management
  • Avionics troubleshooting: GCS connectivity, datalink diagnostics
  • Firmware update procedures and version management
  • Component-level fault isolation and repair
  • Preventive maintenance schedules and logbook management

Outcome: Technical staff certified to perform field-level maintenance and basic component replacement.

Training Delivery: All courses can be conducted at our facility or deployed to your location for orders of 10+ units. Available in English and Arabic. Custom curricula for specific doctrine requirements are available upon request.

Common Support Questions

Yes. Every system purchase includes a 2-day Foundation Training Program for up to 4 operators, conducted at your facility or ours. Extended Tactical Employment and Maintenance courses are available as optional add-ons at additional cost.
Yes. We offer in-country training deployment for orders of 10+ units. Our certified trainers will travel to your facility with all necessary training equipment. Training can be conducted in English or Arabic.
Primary support is available in English. Arabic, French, and Spanish support is available during business hours (UTC+8, 09:00–18:00). Emergency support in English is available 24/7.
Spare parts can be ordered through your dedicated account manager or via our secure customer portal. Standard parts ship within 48 hours from our regional hubs. A recommended spare parts kit is included with every system order.
Field-damaged systems are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Our engineers can provide remote diagnostic support to determine repair feasibility. Repairable units can be returned to our facility; beyond-repair units may qualify for replacement pricing under extended service contracts.
