Heavy-Lift UAV Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions from logistics, construction, and emergency response procurement teams about HL-10 / HL-100 / HL-200 / HL-600 platforms

The HL-Series covers four payload classes for different operational scales. HL-10 (10kg payload) is a compact multi-rotor for last-mile delivery, precision agriculture spraying, and light aerial inspection. HL-100 (100kg payload) is a mid-size heavy-lift platform for industrial cargo transport, construction material delivery, and emergency supply drops. HL-200 (200kg payload) is a large-format platform for heavy construction equipment delivery and specialized industrial operations. HL-600 (600kg payload) is our largest platform for extreme heavy-lift missions including offshore logistics, disaster relief bulk supply, and specialized industrial lifting.

HL-10: 10kg payload, 45-minute endurance at full load. HL-100: 100kg payload, 30-minute endurance at full load (60 minutes at 50% load). HL-200: 200kg payload, 25-minute endurance at full load (50 minutes at 50% load). HL-600: 600kg payload, 20-minute endurance at full load (40 minutes at 50% load). All figures are at sea level in standard atmospheric conditions. Endurance decreases at high altitude and in high-temperature environments.

Yes. All HL-Series platforms are designed for high-altitude operations. The HL-10 and HL-100 are rated for operations up to 4,500m AMSL. The HL-200 and HL-600 are rated up to 3,500m AMSL. High-altitude variants with upgraded motors and ESCs are available for operations above these altitudes. Note that payload capacity decreases approximately 8–12% per 1,000m of altitude gain due to reduced air density.

All HL-Series platforms incorporate multiple redundant safety systems: dual-redundant flight controllers, independent power distribution for each motor, automatic return-to-home (RTH) on signal loss or low battery, obstacle avoidance sensors (forward/downward), emergency payload release mechanism, and automatic motor failure compensation (hexacopter and octocopter configurations can maintain controlled flight with one motor failure). The HL-600 additionally features a ballistic parachute recovery system.

Primary applications include: logistics and cargo delivery (last-mile, island resupply, offshore platform supply), construction (material hoisting, inspection, surveying), emergency response (disaster relief supply drops, medical supply delivery, search and rescue equipment transport), agriculture (precision spraying, seeding, fertilizer application), and industrial inspection (power line inspection, bridge inspection, offshore structure inspection). Custom mission configurations are available for specialized requirements.

All HL-Series platforms support payload interface customization (hook, gripper, spray system, sensor pod) within the rated payload envelope. OEM/ODM services are available for orders of 10+ units, including custom airframe configurations, color schemes, firmware branding, and payload integration. The HL-200 and HL-600 support modular cargo pod configurations for standardized container transport.
