Procurement & Commercial

Our standard MOQ is 10 units per SKU for evaluation and initial procurement batches. For large-volume government contracts, we offer flexible MOQ arrangements. Contact our sales team to discuss your specific procurement requirements.

Standard lead time is 8–12 weeks from confirmed PO and receipt of initial payment. For orders requiring payload customization or frequency changes, add 2–4 weeks. Expedited production is available for urgent requirements — contact us to discuss.

Yes. We offer evaluation programs for qualified government and defense customers, typically involving 2–4 units for a defined evaluation period. Evaluation terms are discussed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our sales team with your organization's details.

Standard payment terms are 30% deposit upon contract signature, 40% upon production completion and pre-delivery inspection, and 30% upon delivery and acceptance. Alternative milestone-based payment structures can be negotiated for large contracts.

Yes. Factory visits are welcomed and encouraged for orders exceeding 50 units. Our manufacturing facility is located in the Yanliang Aviation & Civil Aircraft Intelligent Manufacturing Base, Xi'an, China. Please contact us to schedule a visit.

Yes. We offer full OEM/ODM services including airframe livery customization, frequency band changes, payload integration, and software customization. Minimum order quantities and lead times for custom configurations are discussed on a project basis. See our OEM/ODM page for details.

Technical Specifications

All FL-series platforms are rated for -20°C to +50°C operating temperature. The SX30K VTOL is rated for -10°C to +45°C. Extended temperature range variants are available for arctic or extreme desert environments — contact us for specifications.

FL350: 8m/s (Beaufort 4). FL750: 10m/s (Beaufort 5). FL950: 10m/s (Beaufort 5). FL1050: 12m/s (Beaufort 6). SX30K VTOL: 15m/s cruise, 10m/s for VTOL transition. Operations in higher winds are possible with experienced operators but are outside rated parameters.

Yes. All FL-series platforms incorporate optical flow navigation and inertial measurement units (IMU) for GPS-denied operation. In GPS-denied mode, position accuracy is maintained within 2–5m depending on terrain and lighting conditions. The FL350 was specifically designed for urban GPS-denied environments.

All systems use AES-256 encrypted datalinks with frequency-hopping spread spectrum (FHSS) for anti-jamming protection. The datalink is resistant to commercial jamming equipment. Military-grade anti-jamming variants with additional ECCM features are available for qualified customers.

Yes. The SG GCS supports STANAG 4586 and MAVLINK protocol integration for compatibility with NATO and allied C2 systems. Custom integration with proprietary C2 systems is available as a professional services engagement. Contact our systems integration team for details.

Available payload options include: EO/IR with laser rangefinder, EO/IR with laser designator, SAR radar (FL750/FL1050/SX30K), LiDAR (SX30K), electronic warfare/jamming payload (FL750/FL1050), and custom payload integration for customer-supplied sensors. Export Compliance & Legal

Yes. Our loitering munition and ISR UAV systems are dual-use items subject to Chinese export control regulations under the Export Control Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulations on the Administration of Military Products Export. All exports require appropriate export authorization.

We export to countries with which China has established defense cooperation frameworks and where appropriate export licenses can be obtained. We do not export to countries subject to UN arms embargoes or Chinese unilateral sanctions. Country-specific eligibility should be discussed with our compliance team before initiating procurement discussions.

Export license processing time varies by destination country and system classification. Typical processing time is 4–8 weeks for standard dual-use items to cooperative countries. We initiate the export licensing process upon receipt of a signed Letter of Intent and end-user certificate from the customer.

Standard documentation requirements include: End-User Certificate (EUC) on government letterhead, Import Certificate from the customer's country (where required), and a signed Non-Re-Export Declaration. Additional documentation may be required depending on the destination country and system classification.

Yes. We provide a standard EUC template that meets Chinese export authority requirements. The EUC must be completed on official government letterhead and signed by an authorized government official. Contact our compliance team for the template and completion guidance.

VTOL & Heavy-Lift Platforms

No. All Star United FC VTOL platforms use a hybrid VTOL-to-fixed-wing transition design — they take off and land vertically like a multirotor, then transition to fixed-wing cruise flight for efficiency. This eliminates the need for any runway infrastructure, making them deployable from small clearings, vehicle rooftops, ship decks, or confined forward operating bases.

The 150kg VTOL platform (MTOW ~150kg) supports up to 50kg payload capacity with 8+ hours endurance in standard ISR configuration. At maximum payload, endurance is approximately 4–5 hours. The platform supports large EO/IR gimbals, SAR radar, SIGINT/ELINT payloads, and multi-sensor fusion configurations. Extended-range variants with additional fuel capacity are available for missions requiring 10+ hours endurance.

The HL-600 supports a maximum payload of 600kg with approximately 20 minutes of endurance at full load, or 40 minutes at 50% load (300kg). It is designed for extreme heavy-lift missions including offshore logistics, disaster relief bulk supply, and specialized industrial lifting. The HL-600 features a ballistic parachute recovery system and modular cargo pod configurations for standardized container transport.

Yes. HL-10 and HL-100 platforms are rated for operations up to 4,500m AMSL. HL-200 and HL-600 are rated up to 3,500m AMSL. High-altitude variants with upgraded motors and ESCs are available for operations above these altitudes. Note that payload capacity decreases approximately 8–12% per 1,000m of altitude gain due to reduced air density. VTOL platforms are similarly rated for high-altitude operations with appropriate performance adjustments.

All HL-Series platforms incorporate multiple redundant safety systems: dual-redundant flight controllers, independent power distribution for each motor, automatic return-to-home (RTH) on signal loss or low battery, obstacle avoidance sensors, emergency payload release mechanism, and automatic motor failure compensation (hexacopter/octocopter configurations maintain controlled flight with one motor failure). The HL-600 additionally features a ballistic parachute recovery system.

Ground Control System (RC5B)

The RC5B supports heterogeneous UAS coordination across multiple platforms simultaneously. In standard configuration, it controls up to 20 FL-Series units, 5 VTOL platforms, and 3 HL-Series heavy-lift UAVs concurrently from a single operator interface. The swarm coordination module supports 1:64 unit control for FL950 Enhanced Cluster operations. Multi-operator configurations (up to 4 stations networked) can extend total fleet management capacity significantly.

Yes. The RC5B supports STANAG 4586 and MAVLINK protocol integration for compatibility with NATO and allied C2 systems. It also supports custom protocol adapters for integration with proprietary C2 infrastructure. The RC5B can function as a standalone command terminal or as a subordinate node within a larger C2 architecture. Contact our systems integration team for specific interoperability requirements.

The RC5B uses an AES-256 encrypted frequency-hopping spread spectrum (FHSS) datalink. Standard operational range is 10km line-of-sight for FL-Series platforms and 30km for VTOL platforms. Extended-range relay configurations using airborne relay nodes can extend effective control range to 100km+. The datalink operates in the 1.4GHz and 2.4GHz bands with automatic frequency management to minimize interference.

Yes. The RC5B includes an integrated mission planning module supporting waypoint-based autonomous flight, area survey patterns, search-and-rescue grid patterns, and swarm coordination scripts. Missions can be pre-planned offline and uploaded to platforms before deployment. The AI-assisted mission planning module can automatically generate optimized routes based on terrain data, threat zones, and mission objectives. Real-time mission modification is supported during flight.

Training & After-Sales Support

All system purchases include a standard operator training program covering system familiarization (8 hours), GCS operation (16 hours), sensor operation (16 hours), supervised live flight (24 hours), and basic maintenance (8 hours) — totaling approximately 72 hours over 9 training days. Training can be conducted at our facility in Xi'an or at your location.

Yes. We offer in-country training where our instructors deploy to your facility. In-country training requires a suitable area for live flight operations and accommodation for 2–4 instructors. In-country training typically adds 1–2 days to the program duration due to setup requirements. Additional costs apply for instructor travel and accommodation.

All systems carry a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal operational use. It excludes crash damage, damage from operator error, consumable components (batteries, propellers), and damage from use outside rated environmental parameters.

We guarantee spare parts availability for all delivered systems for a minimum of 5 years from the date of delivery. Critical spare parts are stocked at our Xi'an facility. We recommend customers maintain a 20% fleet-size spare parts stock for uninterrupted operations.

Yes. We offer three support tiers: Basic (email/phone support + standard spare parts pricing), Standard (priority spare parts + software updates + 48-hour response SLA, 8–12% of hardware cost annually), and Premium (on-site support visits + 24-hour SLA + dedicated account manager, 12–18% of hardware cost annually).

For customers on Standard or Premium support contracts: 48-hour response for Standard, 24-hour response for Premium. For customers without support contracts: best-effort response, typically 3–5 business days. Emergency support (system down) is prioritized regardless of contract status.
